Carolina Properties is a small family business that was started in 1999 by Valerie Wrobel, and as our family has grown, so has our business. We proudly serve Rutherford, Polk, and surrounding North Carolina counties. We strive daily to exceed expectations and get great personal satisfaction from a job well done.  

We offer Vacation Rental Management and full-service Real Estate Services.
